A visit to Wellend Gliding Club, they only operate on a Saturday and Sunday, hopefully the weather will be more favourable this year, drinks and refreshments along with sandwiches served at a small additional cost. For a larger cost you can have a trip in a glider
They are happy for us to visit on the Saturday or Sunday, I ask that you arrive before 10am to set up, due to the wind they won't know which side of the airfield they will be operating on
